I spent years as a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), shaping workplace cultures, leading teams, and driving business success. Through this journey, I discovered a profound truth: true transformation happens when people feel deeply heard. This realization led me to found The Listening Co, built on the belief that when we lead with empathy, we grow with happiness.

Through corporate workshops, private one-on-one listening hours, and facilitator-led courses with The Compassionate Listening Project (TCLP), I help individuals and organizations shift from anxiety to acceptance and conflict to connection—both at work and in life. As a Certified Facilitator with TCLP, I have also completed Learning to Listen with Someone To Tell It To, further deepening my ability to hold space for meaningful conversations. My training in Emotional Intelligence (EI) for personal and professional success, based on Daniel Goleman’s framework, equips individuals and teams with essential skills like self-awareness, empathy, and resilience—key to thriving in today’s world.

For the past 25 years, my practice of Buddhism has reinforced my belief in the power of dialogue to heal, transform, and unite. Based in India, I design my workshops and listening hours to accommodate participants across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Africa, making Compassionate Listening accessible to professionals and individuals in these regions.
